MULTI PURPOSE WATER SOLUBLE CROSS LINKING LIQUID CO-POLYMER FOR STABILIZATION OF SOIL AND DEEP EXCAVATION
DESCRIPTION
Hind Poly Bond is a multipurpose water-soluble cross-linking co-polymer which helps to bind the soil particles and ensures a reinforcement to the overall stability of the excavation. Its application includes control over fluid loss and localized boosting of viscosity that helps solving various scenarios in most demanding soil conditions. When used in concentrations aver 0.5% , it increases the solids suspension properties of the fluid which allows higher density values.
USES
Hind Poly Bond is used to stabilize deep excavations, viz, pile boring and diaphragm wall trenches. These engineered fluids are recognized as bringing a number of benefits which includes site footprint, lower environmental impact and low construction costs.
ADVANTAGES
APPLICATION
To be added directly at the excavation point or immersed in plastic bags with weight to sink down with holes in order to allow the solution to be displaced, spreading its beneficial action to the excavation.

SHELF LIFE
Best before 12 months from the date of manufacture. Should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight at temperature ranging between 50 C (Min.) and 50 0 C (Max.).

HANDLING PRECAUTION
Hind Poly Bond is non-toxic and prolonged skin contact should to be avoided. In case of contact with eyes occurs wash with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
POWDER POLYMER BASED GROUTING COMPOUND FOR SOIL STABILIZATION
Hind Geo Grout is a blend of water soluble, high molecular weight polymers, supplied as a white free flowing compound in granular form. When added to water it reacts chemically to from a thixotropic gel. The gel is poured into the formwork before concreting which penetrates into the fissures of the soil strata at various level and stabilizes the loose soil from collapsing. Hind Geo Grout is an effective grouting compound and its penetration into the different layers of the soil strata not only stabilizes it, but allows future plantation and greenery to be developed all around the area where it has been used.
APPLICATION
The polymer to be mixed with fresh water for 2-3 minutes. The compound starts reacting chemically with water and slowly turns into a gel like compound. This gel is now poured into the formwork which stabilizes the loose soil from collapsing. For bigger projects at the point of excavation power lines may be applied.

READY TO USE ADDITIVE IN POWDER FORM
DESCRIPTION
Hind Grout SST is single component, sodium bentonite based ready to use additive available in powder form. It possesses high bonding, good swelling and gelling properties for placement of the grout in low viscosity state. It also has a very good cationic exchange capacity.
USES
Hind Grout SST can be used as an additive for:
Dams, Manholes and other water retaining structures
ADVANTAGES
APPLICATION
Add 50 litre of clean water to a 20 Kg bag of Hind Grout SST. Mixing to be done thoroughly for 5-7 minutes using a drill fitted with a stirrer, until a uniform consistency is obtained. The slurry formed to be injected within a time limit of 45-50 minutes with pump. Ensure that injection grouting is completed with the schedule time otherwise the pump hose will get clogged.

SHELF LIFE
Hind Grout SST is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture. Should be stored in a cool and dry place and in unopened conditions away from direct heat and sunlight. If care as stated is maintained a minimum shelf life of 5-7 years can be obtained. Do not keep used bags mouth open, always ensure that it is properly tied up to avoid ingress of moisture.
HANDLING PRECAUTION
Hind Grout SST is non-toxic and ingestion is to be avoided. Contact with eyes must be avoided. Use of Hand gloves is recommended.
